How a booking works.
Book sends the trip to the driver's phone, not to a system that answers for him. Until he has read it, your card is held and nothing is charged.

Gold Coast Airport appears in both lists because it is both a place you fly into and a place you are driven to. The fare is the same either way: the whole Brisbane run is $179, whichever end it starts at.
Per vehicle, GST included, up to 4 passengers. Pick-ups between 10pm and 5am add $50, and Queensland public holidays add $50 — both shown before you pay. Book the return at the same time and it is $20 less.

One driver answers
A rideshare request can fall through twice before anyone arrives. Here one person answers it, and once he has, there is no fleet to hand you to and no queue to rejoin.

The price is fixed before you pay
Quoted before you pay and fixed there. No surge on a Friday, no meter, nothing added at the kerb. The only additions are printed ones: $50 for a pick-up between 10pm and 5am, and $50 on a Queensland public holiday, both shown before you pay.

Itemised before you pay
The fare and its GST are shown separately on screen before you type a card number, and again on your booking page afterwards. The invoice after the trip carries the same figures.

Your flight is tracked
Delayed landings move the pick-up instead of costing you one, and the first hour after you land is free. The car is a 2024 Tesla Model 3, and the driver is the one named on your booking.
Once it's yours, it stays yours.
A ride that never turns up is a problem on any day. On the morning of a flight it is the only problem.
Once the driver takes your booking, it is settled before you take off, and it stays with him.
No greeter and no sign at arrivals: you message him on WhatsApp once you have your bags, and he brings the car round to the pick-up bays himself.
