A tax invoice with every transfer
Every Bilinga Transfers fare comes with a proper GST tax invoice — ABN on it, GST itemised, emailed to you as a PDF once the trip is done. Here is what it shows, and how to check who you are dealing with.

What's on it
- the words “Tax invoice”, with the supplier's legal name and ABN
- the date of issue and your booking reference
- the trip itself — pick-up, drop-off, date and time
- the fare, itemised line by line, with any surcharge as its own line
- the GST component, stated separately from the total
Emailed to you as a PDF once your trip ends — attach it to an expense claim exactly as it is.
Questions
- Is the price on the website the price on the invoice?
- Yes. The fare you see is GST-inclusive and does not change at the kerb. Any surcharge is shown before you pay and appears on the invoice as its own line.
- Do you email the invoice?
- Yes — as a PDF, once your trip ends. If anything on it is wrong, reply to that email and a corrected invoice will be sent.
- Is GST added on top of the fare?
- No. Every fare is quoted GST-inclusive, and the invoice states the GST, one-eleventh of the total, as its own line. Nothing is added at payment.
- Can I claim the transfer as a business expense?
- That is between you, your employer and your accountant, and this page is general information rather than tax advice. What we take care of is our half of the paperwork: a proper tax invoice with the ABN on it, for every fare.
