How long does the drive take?

About 35 minutes. The resort sits at the northern end of Main Beach, past Surfers Paradise, and the last few minutes run along Seaworld Drive. A Friday afternoon or a school-holiday weekend can add to that, so the pick-up is planned around the time your flight actually lands.

We are travelling with a small child. Is there a seat for them?

No. There is no child seat in the car and no second car to send. Queensland law treats booked hire vehicles differently from private cars: when there is no restraint in the car, a child under 1 may travel on the lap of a passenger aged 16 or over, and a child under 7 may travel on the seatbelt, both in the back seat. You are welcome to bring your own restraint and the driver will help you fit it. If you would rather travel with a seat provided, please book a service that carries them.

Does the fare include park entry?

No. The fare covers the transfer only. Park tickets are bought from the park, and the car drops you at the resort or at the park entrance, whichever you name on the booking.

Where do you meet me at Gold Coast Airport?

Message the driver on WhatsApp when you have your bags, then walk out to the rideshare pick-up bays just outside the terminal, signed Uber Zone A. He brings the car round to meet you there.

Is the price per person or per car?

Per car, for up to 4 passengers. It covers 2 large suitcases and 2 carry-on bags. If you are bringing more, send the trip through the enquiry form first and the driver will tell you whether it fits. Launch fare $79 per car until 31 October 2026. Standard fare $89 from 1 November.

Can you take us on to Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach later in the week?

Yes. Trips with no airport at either end are quoted by hand. Send the details through the enquiry form and the driver will come back with a price. The trip back to the airport is on the list and can be booked with this one. Book both legs together and the return is $20 less.
